Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At Food Chacha, we start preparing your food as soon as the order is accepted by the kitchen. Therefore:

• You can cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it.
• Once the kitchen starts preparing your food, cancellations are not allowed.
• In case of a cancellation from our side due to item unavailability, a full refund will be processed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

• Missing Items: If any item from your order is missing.
• Wrong Order: If you received an entirely different item than what you ordered.
• Food Quality: If the food is stale or has foreign objects (subject to verification).
• Non-Delivery: If the order was not delivered to your address.

3. Chacha Coins Refunds

If you used Chacha Coins for a discount and the order is cancelled by us, your coins will be credited back to your wallet within 24 hours. However, coins earned from a cancelled order will be revoked.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. If the payment was made via Chacha Coins, the refund is instant.
